Can you pick me up at home?
Home pickup is available in the supported Maricopa service area. Hidden Valley is outside the published home-pickup area. Address eligibility and the final fee are confirmed with your ride.
How much is an airport ride?

What if my flight or plans change?
Contact the team before your scheduled departure to request a change. The published rebooking fee is $5. Changes depend on available seats and may change your fare.
What is the cancellation policy?
Contact Ride 347 before departure. The published policy offers a refund when eligible cancellation is within 24 hours of purchase; later cancellations may receive a ride credit. The team confirms your eligibility and processes any refund or credit.
Can I bring luggage, a stroller, or a pet?
Tell the team what you are bringing before you book. Space and equipment vary by trip. The current site requests a carrier or crate for pets and lists a $10 pet fee. Service-animal and accessibility needs can be discussed directly.
How do I get my booking details?
A request is not a confirmed ticket. Once your ride is confirmed, keep the confirmation with your pickup point, passenger count, and departure time. If a ticket email is missing, check spam and then contact the team.
Do event rides include admission?
Cardinals rides are transportation only. Game or venue admission is purchased separately. Confirm the shuttle departure, return plan, and event time before traveling.

Can you accommodate a larger group or an accessibility request?
