Ride and inquiry requests can include your name, email, phone number, travel date, passenger count, pickup information, and optional trip notes. This information is used to review and manage your transportation request.
Account and booking records
Live account access uses the website’s WordPress and WMG authentication services. Booking records are held by the site operator. The static website preview does not send reservation requests or store passenger contact details in browser storage.
Messages and optional SMS
You may choose to receive ride updates by text. That choice is separate from submitting a request. Message and data rates may apply. Contact the team about notification preferences.
Payments
This website package does not collect card numbers. Any live online payment must use the operator’s configured payment service and confirmed checkout flow.
Preferences and optional services
Essential browser storage remembers display preferences. The app can cache public help and interface files for offline access; live availability and account records require an internet connection. No marketing analytics is enabled by this package by default.
