Bring the pickup closer.
Home pickup and drop-off can be requested in the supported Maricopa service area. Hidden Valley is outside the published area. The current homepage lists $10 for home pickup, while older product pages list $5 increments and location-based fees. Confirm the correct fee and address eligibility with the team.
Need to change your trip?
Call or text before departure. The current published rebooking fee is $5. A change requires available seats and a new confirmation.
